I am not going to lie, I was worried for a while.

The reality is that Lauren had not seemed like herself ever since the end of last years Euro season.

Granted it was at that time when she first hurt her ankle again. An injury which clearly plagued her throughout the WNBA season.

Not that her numbers weren't MVP worthy as after all she was one of only two players to average a 20/20 but those numbers were nowhere near her two previous record breaking statistical seasons.

Then she blew out her ankle prior to the games and while she had her moments she also had her worst Olympics ever.

All of which is fine and understandable however after having talked about playing in the WNBA final series had Seattle made it I was fully of the belief that we would start to see the best of Loz once she got back to Europe,

Well here is the thing- that didn't happen. In fact she had seemingly for the first time that anyone can remember become a non-factor who was totally overshadowed by everyone else.

The last couple of games however have changed all that and from a per 40m standpoint would not only be comfortably leading Europe in scoring while shooting high percentages across the board but she would also be amongst the best in rebounding.

In other words it appears as though our Loz is well on her way back to her supreme best and I am ever so thankful for that. Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

Sports Illustrated article about Kalmanovic and Spartak Moscow. There is a lot about LJ. I think you should read this.

Resurrecting the topic. Who is in Europe (Russia more precisely) could post some videos and photos of Lauren here, right? It is very difficult to get for news, because everything is in Russian (most of the news and videos and photos). Reports of TV, radio and magazines (scans).

PS: people of Australia could also post reports of TV, radio and magazines here in the forum.
